Shawn A. Serrano, PhD, serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at The Miles Group since February 2022, specializing in leadership assessment and coaching. As General Manager of Acquisitions, Asset & Portfolio Management at Serrano Property Investments since September 2021, Shawn brings extensive experience from Deloitte, where a tenure from February 2015 to July 2021 involved managing workforce transformation projects in partnership with senior leaders. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at The Walt Disney Company and Project Manager for Leader Development at Claremont Graduate University, where Shawn focused on developing leadership strategies and training programs. Academic credentials include a PhD and a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational from California State University-Sacramento.
