Luke Bartley is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in directing and copywriting. Currently serving as Group Creative Director at The Midnight Club since September 2022, Luke has successfully extended adidas's World Cup 2022 'Family Reunion' concept to TikTok, creating the character 'Grandadidas.' Prior to this role, Luke worked at Iris as Associate Creative Director from June 2019 to June 2022, where collaboration with Vanya Beloborodov led to notable success on adidas accounts and management of diverse teams across global markets. Early in the career, Luke gained recognition for co-creating an award-winning campaign at DDB Melbourne that benefitted military veterans and has contributed to several high-profile projects across multiple organizations, including DDB UK, DLKW Lowe, Inferno Ltd, and Havas Worldwide. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Visual Communications & Marketing from the University of Leeds and participation in D&AD Advertising workshops.
