James Midelis III serves as the Account Executive for The Midelis Group and is in his final year at the University of South Florida before receiving his BS in Business Administration. James has acquired a wealth of knowledge in the field, using his experience in Business Management and Finance to excel in the legal and construction recruiting industries.

James was a Project Manager for a Service-Learning Experience at the University of South Florida during his enrollment, giving him insight into the managerial world while also benefitting his local community. James took on multiple internships and has maintained a 4.0 GPA as a full-time student, all while working part-time in the recruiting and service industries. James will graduate within the year and will pursue his Law Degree in his grandparents’ footsteps as he is striving to graduate at the top of his class.

While attending the University of Florida, James held the position of Head-Waiter at Mark’s Prime Steakhouse, a fine-dining experience where he excelled in cultivating relationships with repeat clientele. Through his understanding of food and wine he consistently averaged the highest sales monthly, leading to several raises and promotions. James’ friendly demeanor and aggressive work-ethic makes him a one-of-a-kind asset to The Midelis Group.

James grew up in South Florida and now resides in Tampa where he continues his educational pursuits. While in middle and high school, James was a member of the National Honor Society and was an All-Star Pitcher for several travel baseball teams including teams that won at Cooperstown Dream Park in New York and The Cal Ripken Championships in Myrtle Beach.

James continues to devote his time to volunteer service including the Alzheimer’s A Walk to Remember, the Parkinson’s Foundation Florida, and Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful with over 900 community improvement events each year. In his off-time James enjoys traveling, strength training, fishing and diving. James is set on a path in the business world that ensures the success of The Midelis Group and the exceptional candidates they assist along the way.
