Ingrid Hofmann is currently a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and serves as Summer Copy Chief, Senior Copy Editor, and Primary Copy Editor at The Michigan Daily. Ingrid has also participated as a member of Friends of Guatemala and has worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Assistant at Brooks Law Firm PC, a News Reporter and Culture Reporter for The GW Hatchet, a Summer Intern at the Polk County Attorney's Office, and a Campaign Intern for Laura Roan's campaign for Polk County Attorney. Involvement in civic engagement includes serving as a Representative in the Iowa Youth Congress. Ingrid is pursuing dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and Political Science and Government at the University of Michigan, having previously studied Political Communication at The George Washington University.
