Ned Williams has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Ned is currently the Executive Vice President at The Michaels Organization, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President at Michaels Student Living, where they were responsible for developing student housing with universities across the country, focusing on public-private partnerships. Before that, Ned worked as the Director of Real Estate Development at The Texas A&M University System, where they formed and managed public-private partnerships and handled real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Ned also negotiated lease and use agreements for the university. Ned's earlier roles include Assistant Director for Master Plan Development at UNC Charlotte, Vice President of Development at Black River Management, Vice President of Development at Bright's Creek Development, Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance at Horizon Bay Senior Communities, Senior Financial Analyst at Industrial Development International, and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Curry and Associates.
Ned Williams has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Emory University. Ned also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Georgia.
