Erica Chan currently serves as a Partner at The MergerSight Group, where responsibilities include leading the LSE branch and managing M&A report production, analyst recruitment, and collaboration with prestigious universities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Finance Intern at Marsh McLennan, a Mentor for the Pathways to Banking and Finance program at The Sutton Trust, and an Investment Banking Summer Intern at Hines Associates Ltd. Prior internships at Marsh McLennan and AB Bernstein, as well as an Administrative Assistant position at NHS, further complement Erica's experience. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and completed secondary education at Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School.
