Paul Lee serves as Chair of the Finance and Resources Committee and Board Trustee at The Mercian Trust, focusing on improving educational opportunities for children in Walsall since January 2020. As Director and County Representative for the Berkshire Society of Rugby Union Referees since 2017, Paul promotes the development of young referees and good governance. Paul had a significant previous role as Chair of Queen Mary's Grammar School from 2015 to 2020, facilitating growth and social mobility initiatives. Paul held various financial leadership positions including Group Finance Director at Domestic and General, Deputy CFO at Enodis, Finance Manager at Ocean Group, and Group Controller at Peek plc. Paul began the career as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen after obtaining a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
