Miguel Dava is a financial professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Finance Officer at The Mentor Initiative since September 2021, Miguel previously held positions such as Senior Accountant at Aga Khan Foundation from July 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included bank reconciliations and financial reporting. Miguel's career also includes experience as an Account Manager at VillageReach, supporting Mozambique's National Vaccination Program, and as Accountant & Head of the Pemba office at Perfect Partners, overseeing finance for multiple companies. Earlier experience includes being a Financial Accountant at LOMACO, managing funds for agribusiness. Miguel holds a Management Studies degree from Saint Thomas University and a High School Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Commercial Institute of Maputo.
