Leigh McCorkle currently serves as the Chief People Officer at The Mechanical Licensing Collective, overseeing critical areas of Human Resources including Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Development, while achieving significant project successes aligned with business objectives. Previous roles include Executive Director of Human Resources at Broadcast Music, Inc., Global Human Resources Manager at Cummins Inc., and Regional Director of Human Resources at Macy's, where leadership of HR strategies for nationwide fulfillment centers was key. Additional experience was gained as Regional Director of Human Resources at Eggs Overnight, Director of Human Resources at Kaiser Permanente, and Director of Human Resources at the Federal Reserve Bank, with foundational experience at Square D by Schneider Electric. Leigh McCorkle holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of South Carolina.
