Jennifer Gillis, CPCU, serves as a Senior Account Executive at The McGowan Companies since December 2021. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at MiddleOak from January 2006 to December 2021, including Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities involved overseeing the Billing Services, Customer Care, and Cash Management departments, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction through effective service standards and staff management. Additionally, Jennifer served as Billing Services Supervisor, managing a call center team, and as Human Resources Specialist, providing comprehensive HR support, benefits administration, payroll processing, and policy interpretation. Earlier experience at Electric Insurance Company included Licensing Administrator, managing agent licensing compliance, and Insurance Account Specialist, offering diverse support to policyholders. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Salem State College and furthered education at Northeastern University in 2006.
