Elisa Enriquez, CO-OP®, LCSW, currently serves as an Associate Ombuds at The National Institutes of Health and as the Owner of E. Enriquez Counseling & Coaching, LLC, both positions held since October and July 2023, respectively. Additionally, Elisa is an Outsourced Ombuds for The McCammon Group. Previously, Elisa spent over 12 years as a Senior Associate Ombuds at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where responsibilities included group facilitation, mediation, coaching, and leadership consulting. Earlier career roles included therapist positions at Hill & Saks Behavior Therapy Services and Los Alamos Family Council, as well as management roles focusing on intensive care coordination and Latino outreach at OPC Mental Health Center. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
