Fritch has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Chairman of the Board at Hollywood Chamber of Commerce from April 2023 to April 2024, and Executive Director of Security at Andrews International from June 2012 to July 2016. Previous roles include Director of Security, Safety, and Brand Protection at Ronan Industries Inc., and Director of Corporate Security at Rock & Republic, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed high-profile safety and security initiatives. Fritch started in security management at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Andrews International, building a robust foundation in the entertainment industry's security protocols. Fritch's educational background includes a certification in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
