Sarah McCaffrey is a mental health professional and founder of Solas Mind, an influential mental health company focused on providing support within the Creative and Charitable Sectors. Since April 2020, Sarah has led initiatives for various organizations, including Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, NBCUniversal, Apple TV Limited, and See-Saw Films, offering counselling and training services. Sarah's expertise extends to designing mental health workshops for BECTU and providing support to ScreenSkills trainees. Additionally, Sarah has a long-standing career as an actor with Equity UK and has contributed to mental health support for productions such as "Invasion" and "The Essex Serpent." Sarah's educational background includes diplomas in Acting from The Birmingham Theatre School and A levels from d'Overbroecks College.
