Jonathan Urshan is an experienced IT professional with a background in support and administration. Currently serving as IT Support Specialist 2 and ServiceNow Administrator at The Maschhoffs since April 2021, Jonathan provides Tier 2 support and manages the company's ServiceNow environment. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Information Technology Assistant at South Central Mass Transit from April 2018 to April 2021, supporting the IT Manager. Jonathan's career began as a GIS Technician at Bond County Assessors from May 2016 to April 2018, focusing on developing and manipulating GIS data. Jonathan earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Greenville University in 2016, following studies at Kaskaskia College.
