Lacey Goff is a professional with experience in both customer service and animal care. Currently serving as a Ticket Agent and in Visitor Services at The Maryland Zoo since August 2021, Lacey previously worked as an Aquatics Specialist at Petco from October 2017 to August 2021. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Writing from York College of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2017.
