Allison Schwartz is an experienced professional in animal welfare and volunteer management, currently serving as the Manager of Volunteers at The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore since September 2011. Prior to this role, Allison held the position of Volunteer Manager at the Washington Animal Rescue League from October 2007 to September 2011 and worked as the Outreach Coordinator at Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter from July 2006 to October 2007. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from James Madison University between 1998 and 2003.
