Erica Neal has extensive experience in sales and business development. Erica started their career as an Account Executive at Clarify, where they identified and qualified new business opportunities for software vendors. Erica was promoted to Account Executive in a short period of time.
Erica then moved on to BTR UK, where they worked as an Internal Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying new opportunities and generating new business meetings for their field sales manager.
After that, Erica joined Open Text as an Account Developer, where they took marketing campaigns to the target audience and generated qualified sales opportunities. Erica also contacted existing customers for cross and upsell opportunities.
Next, Erica worked as a Partners Account Manager at ESRI (UK) Ltd, the UK distributor for ESRI Inc., a provider of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In this role, they enabled organizations to spatially enable their business data and undertook complex analysis of data in geographic terms.
Erica then joined Sand Technology as an Enterprise Account Manager, responsible for managing enterprise accounts.
In 2012, Erica joined Esri UK as a Sales Manager, focusing on acquiring new business within the UK Retail sector. Erica worked with top UK retailers to expand their use of geography and location-based analysis.
In 2014, Erica briefly worked at IRSMarketing Ltd as a Telemarketing specialist, where they focused on meaningful business introductions and achieved consistent overachievement and additional responsibilities including mentoring and quality control.
Finally, Erica joined The Marketing Practice in 2014, starting as an Inside Sales Executive and progressing to roles such as Principal Demand Generation Specialist and Head of Outbound Demand Generation. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Sales Strategy, supporting clients and their inside sales teams while also leading TMP's own outbound business development strategy.
Erica Neal attended The John Colet from 1995 to 2002, where they pursued Secondary Education. From 2001 to 2005, they studied Tourism Management at the University of Brighton, earning a 2:1 degree.
