Shafaq Shahid currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at The Marketing Hawks since March 2023. Shafaq also holds experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Focal HR from June 2023 to May 2024 and as a Recruitment Consultant at MM Technologies from July 2023 to December 2023. Shafaq completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at COMSATS University Islamabad from September 2015 to August 2017, following a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of the Punjab, which was obtained from June 2005 to September 2007.
