Nicki Fallon Rosenfeld has a diverse work experience in education and research. From 2011 to present, they have worked at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, starting as an Education Manager and then progressing to Senior Education Manager. Nicki'sresponsibilities included overseeing school partnerships, developing and implementing marine science curriculum, and managing research shipboard educational programs. Prior to this, they worked at UMass Boston as a Freshwater Ecology Laboratory Technician and Teaching Assistant from 2009 to 2011. Nicki also gained experience at Purdue University as a Laboratory Technician and Field Assistant in 2009.

Nicki Fallon Rosenfeld obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Providence College, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Biology from UMass Boston, attending from 2009 to 2011.
