Helaine Baruch has a strong background in philanthropy and development. Helaine is currently the Chief Philanthropy Officer and Chief Development Officer at The Marfan Foundation, where they have been working since 2015. Prior to that, Helaine worked at the American Heart Association from 2005 to 2015 as the Senior Vice President, where they led fundraising and community health strategies in the greater NYC area. Helaine also worked at the National Down Syndrome Society from 1999 to 2005 as the National Development Director, overseeing various development strategies and programs. Before that, Helaine worked at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from 1995 to 1999 as the Director of Professional Education.
Helaine Baruch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University at Buffalo.
