Nupur Gupta is an experienced Senior Project Manager for Delivery and Operations and Agile Coach at THE MARCOM ENGINE, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Nupur served as an Agile Coach at upday, where responsibilities included consulting and coaching globally distributed teams on self-organization and accountability while promoting a data-driven work environment. Nupur has also worked as a Student Consultant at the nu company, developing digital sustainability strategies, and as a Senior Process Consultant at Cybage Software, where a focus was placed on process setup and agile practices. Earlier experience includes a software engineering role, along with an internship at Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Sud Alsace, analyzing web analytics for a music festival. Nupur is currently pursuing an MBA at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from B K Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology.
