Sarah Hodgdon is a seasoned professional in the field of social change and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Partner at The Management Center since May 2019, Hodgdon specializes in assisting leaders to enhance their organizations. Hodgdon holds substantial experience as a Board Member for Corporate Accountability and previously contributed as Weaver for Building Equity and Alignment for Impact until December 2018. Notably, Hodgdon spent over a decade at Sierra Club, holding various roles including National Program Director and Deputy National Field Director for Operations. Hodgdon also has board experience with Dogwood Alliance and Green Corps and has held leadership positions such as Executive Director at Dogwood Alliance and Recruitment Director at Green Corps. Hodgdon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Indiana University Bloomington.
