Ram Dhakal is an experienced culinary professional with a progressive career in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Chef de Partie at The MAINE Group since February 2020, Ram has held various positions including Chef De Partie and Demi Chef. Before joining The MAINE Group, Ram worked at The Maine from January 2018 to July 2019 as a Commis I. Previous experience includes roles at DAMAC Hotels & Resorts as Commis II and at Conrad Hotels & Resorts as Commis III. Ram Dhakal completed formal culinary education at KMC College in Kathmandu, graduating in May 2014.
