Deborah Yamka, CPA, CGA, currently serves as Financial Controller at The Magnes Group since October 2023. With extensive experience in accounting and finance, previous roles include Accounting Manager at Brink’s Inc. and Assistant Controller at World Energy, LLC. Additional positions held encompass Controller at Trapeze Group and IT Weapons, and Accounting Manager at Willson International, where leadership and oversight of financial functions were key responsibilities. Deborah began an accounting career as Senior Accountant at Mount Sinai Hospital and held various roles including Accounting Manager at Premiere Global Services and Manager - Finance & Admin at ConceptWave, preceded by work as an Engagement Analyst at KPMG. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting/Finance from Ryerson University and is a Certified General Accountant.
