I Gede Wayan Adinata has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. I Gede Wayan started their career at Villa Aqua as a Senior Butler in 2008 and worked there until 2010. I Gede Wayan then joined Island Cruises as a Snack Steward before moving to Canggu Terrace by Prestige Bali Villas as a Butler in 2010. In 2011, they became a Villa Supervisor at Villa Jemma and held that position until 2016. I Gede Wayan then worked as a Villa Manager at Elite Havens Luxury Villa Rentals and Management from 2016 to 2019. After that, they joined The Luxe Nomad Bali as an Area Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at The Luxe Nomad starting in 2022.

From 2005 to 2008, I Gede Wayan Adinata attended Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Nusa Dua Bali. During this time, they pursued a Diploma 3 degree in F & B Service Management.
