Elaine Choong has had a varied career in the corporate world. Elaine began their career in 2005 as a Leasing Consultant for Melbourne Inner City Management. In 2006, they joined RHB Investment Bank Berhad as an Executive & Senior Executive. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Senior Executive at Kurnia Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad. Elaine then became Assistant Manager at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad in 2011. Finally, from 2012 onwards, they have been with The Luxe Nomad, where they have held the roles of Business Project Manager, Business Partnerships, and Sales and Listing Manager. In their role as Business Project Manager, they were responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they were completed within deadline and budget, allocating project resources, and performing quality assurance testing. As Sales and Listing Manager, they were responsible for theluxenomad.com.

Elaine Choong began their educational journey in 2002 when they attended Monash University and earned a BA in Business (Banking & Finance) in 2004. Elaine then continued their education at Monash Business School and obtained a Master of Applied Finance in 2006.
