Marcia Penaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT support and office management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at The Lutheran Home Association since November 2021, Marcia previously held the position of Office Manager at Plane Cents LLC since 2003, where responsibilities included all administrative and bookkeeping functions for the training company. From 1993 to 2020, Marcia was the Technical Services Manager at Larkin Hoffman, overseeing technology infrastructure management, user support, and departmental administrative tasks for a firm with approximately 160 users and two datacenters.
