Randall McCoy is currently the GIS Manager at Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, where Randall has been working since August 1994. Prior to that, Randall worked at Northwestern Territories, Inc. from 1990 to August 1994, starting out as a draftsman and eventually becoming an Engineering Technician, where Randall incorporated CAD into the company's skill set.
