Dr. Anita Akpunku, PA-C, DMSc, currently serves as a Physician Assistant at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation since January 2022, specializing in orthopedic and general surgery. Additionally, Dr. Akpunku has been moonlighting as a Physician Assistant at Low T Center since March 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a Hospitalist PA at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from April 2021 to January 2022, and several positions in orthopedic settings, including Direct Orthopedic Care and Orthopedic Surgery Specialists. Dr. Akpunku earned a Doctor of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg from June 2020 to September 2021 and a Master's degree from the University of Toledo, completed between 2014 and 2016.
