Susan O'Hara is an experienced retail operations leader with a strong background in sales, finance, and strategic planning across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at Lovesac since December 2018, Susan has previously held roles such as Executive Business Consultant at DataKey Consulting, LLC, and Vice President of Operations at Nine West Group, where responsibilities included supporting store operations and collaborating with management on inventory and allocation strategies. Earlier in Susan's career, roles at Lord & Taylor involved managing planning and allocation teams for a wide range of product categories, while a position as Buyer at Sterns Department Stores focused on merchandising and vendor relations.
