Liz LaForte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive coaching. Currently serving as the Director of Associate Relations, Talent Management & Compliance at Lovesac since May 2019, Liz previously founded and led LaForte Consulting, LLC, from April 2014 to May 2019, providing HR consulting and executive coaching services. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Genova Technologies, focusing on employee relations and performance management, and Director of Human Resources at SecurityCoverage, where strategic development and culture enhancement were key responsibilities. Liz's career began as a Human Resources Manager at the prestigious advertising agency Foote, Cone & Belding. Liz holds a BA in Sociology and Education from Gettysburg College and is a certified PHR and Executive Coach.
