Rachel Curtis serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Inicio AI since February 2021 and also holds the position of Advisory Consultant. In addition, Rachel is a Non Executive Director at Loughborough Building Society since December 2018. Previously, Rachel was with Cambridge & Counties Bank from October 2011 to October 2020, where roles included Chief Customer Officer and Director of Marketing & Customer Experience. Rachel has experience as a Marketing Contractor between October 2010 and June 2012, and worked at Santander UK as a Senior Manager in Marcoms Planning from April 2008 to September 2009. Prior to that, Rachel spent time at Alliance & Leicester, where roles spanned from Senior Manager of Investment & Protection Marketing to Sales Development Manager over a period from 1998 to April 2008.
