Nicole Valentine, PMP®, has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Nicole currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Longbow Group LLC, a role they assumed in 2023. Before that, in 2022, they held the position of Principal at Genesis Aerospace Solutions. Prior to joining Genesis, they served as the President of The Washington Consulting Group, Inc from 2022 to 2023. In 2021, Nicole worked as the Vice President of North American Business Development at Adacel.

Nicole'scareer began in the United States Air Force in 2001, where they served as an Air Traffic Controller/Program Manager until 2021. During their tenure, they managed all aspects of cost, schedule, and performance for a $600M contract portfolio and supported 1.5M annual aircraft operations for 15 geographically separated airports and navigational aid sites.

Nicole's extensive background in program management, aviation, command, and control encompass their strong skills in project execution, leadership, and strategic planning.

Nicole Valentine, PMP®, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Nicole obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Bellevue University, where they specialized in Business Administration and Management. Nicole attended Bellevue University from 2016 to 2018.

Continuing their education, Nicole is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Saint Leo University. Nicole'sexpected graduation date is in 2023.

In addition to their academic achievements, Nicole has obtained several certifications that complement their professional profile. Nicole obtained the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2019. This certification demonstrates their expertise in project management. Furthermore, Nicole has also acquired the certifications of FAA Examiner in May 2007 and Air Traffic Control Tower Operator in March 2002 from the Federal Aviation Administration. These additional certifications showcase their proficiency in the field of aviation.
