Clare Aarons is a seasoned professional in learning and engagement, currently serving as a Learning and Engagement Producer at JW3 London since April 2024. Prior to this, Clare held the position of Academy Business Development Manager at the London Early Years Foundation from January 2023 to March 2024, where extensive work was done in developing and commercializing an external training institute and managing the Early Years Chef Academy. During a long tenure at NCVO from July 2012 to December 2022 as Training Manager, Clare successfully grew the online training program and facilitated various accredited training solutions. Earlier experiences include roles as Training Coordinator at Greater London Enterprise and Training Adviser at LVSTC, focusing on designing training courses and enhancing governance in the sector. Clare holds a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Learning and Development and a BA in Comparative Religion from The University of Manchester.
