Joseph Zitelli serves as the Human Resources Business Partner for The Little Clinic, a subsidiary of Kroger Health, since October 2013, where oversight of human resources operations is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting at TeamHealth from January 2011 to July 2013, focusing on emergency medicine recruitment across multiple states. Joseph's extensive experience also includes a distinguished 24-year career in the US Navy, where roles spanned from Medical Recruiter to Department Head and Legal Officer. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from the University of Phoenix.
