Aditya Ojha is currently building an experiential learning college for creators at The LIT School, starting in August 2023. Previously, Aditya served as a Business Manager at LittleBig Connection, focusing on B2B marketing and connecting enterprises with consulting firms and freelancers. Experience includes roles in marketing at Hirect India, operations at Slamitt, and enterprise account management at HealthifyMe. Aditya also worked in HR as the Assistant-HR-Manager/HR Country Lead India for GAOTek Inc., managing HR operations for over 500 interns. Earlier career steps include business development at TalentServe and digital marketing and operations at Xodeac Entertainment. Aditya holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Jain (Deemed-to-be University).
