Julie McCann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Julie is currently the Owner of Masters In Minds Ltd. Previously, they worked as the Group Business Development Director at The Listening Company starting in 2010. Prior to that, they served as the Business Development Director at beCogent Ltd from 2003 to 2006. Julie also worked as a Non-Executive Director, coach, and consultant at First Place Consulting Ltd from 1998 to 2003. Julie has held various positions at Telecom Service Centres, The Merchants Group, and Merchants, Dimension Data, including Business Development Director and Sales and Marketing Director. Their work experience includes strategic consulting, business development, growth strategy, and solution design.

Julie McCann obtained their MSc degree in Change Strategy & Facilitation from the University of Surrey, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
