Nazli Simno has extensive work experience with The Lippin Group. They started in 2008 in the Business Affairs department and held that role until 2022. In December 2022, Nazli was promoted to Vice President of Business Operations.

Nazli Simno obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, from the years 2006 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the same university, during the period of 2013 to 2015.
