Noriaki Fukuyasu started their career in 2001 at Hitachi as a manager, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Turbolinux Inc as the Director of International Business. In 2006, they became the President of Turbolinux India. In 2007, they joined Zend Japan as the CEO, a position they held until 2009. Also in 2009, they became the VP of Japan Operations at The Linux Foundation, a role they currently hold. In 2008, they briefly worked as the Director of Sales at Turbolinux. In 2018, they took on the role of Country Manager for Japan at Finantix, which lasted until September 2018.
Noriaki Fukuyasu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations at Lambuth University from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and International Development from Nagoya University between 1998 and 2001.
