Johnson N. has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Johnson started their career as a Customer Care Center Technician at OpSource in 2013. Johnson then moved on to work at Dimension Data Cloud Business Unit as a L1 Support Engineer and later as a Technical Support Lead in the Cloud NOC team. In 2015, they joined MapR Technologies as an IT Help Desk Administrator. Johnson then worked at Noosh, Inc. as part of the Customer Success team, helping enterprises streamline their content marketing operations. Currently, they are employed at The Linux Foundation as a Systems Administrator in the IT Service Desk, providing open source collaboration support.
Johnson N. attended Westmont High from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of California, Riverside, where they studied Public Policy from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their academic pursuits, Johnson N. obtained a certification in First Aid and CPR in August 2013.
