Taryn Pongratz is an experienced professional in the education and social work sectors. Currently serving as a Community Navigator Case Manager at The Link Minnesota since January 2020, Taryn focuses on community support and resource navigation. Prior to this role, Taryn was a Special Education Teacher at Northeast College Prep, responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) for students with special education needs. Taryn's experience also includes serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader at Emerge Community Development, where responsibilities included member training, engagement, and support systems. Additional roles encompass being an ABA Therapist and facilitating youth mental health services as an intern, along with administrative support during the time at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
