Kate Crudgington is an experienced radio presenter and music channel planner, currently co-hosting the Get In Their Ears show at Soho Radio, promoting women, non-binary, and LGBTQIA+ artists in new music. As the lead planner for The Box music channel at Channel 4, Kate collaborates with teams to craft compelling schedules and writes scripts for various shows. Kate co-founded Get In Their Ears, a non-profit dedicated to supporting underrepresented voices in music, and has contributed to renowned publications such as The Line of Best Fit and HuffPost. With a background in editorial roles and a degree in English Literature from The Open University, Kate has developed a strong presence in the music industry.
