Bailey (Nelson) Dean is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in marketing, event management, and brand development. As the Owner of The Desert Creative since February 2019, Bailey specializes in social media management, content creation, and branding services for small to mid-sized businesses. Additional current roles include working with THELIFESTYLEDCOâ„¢ in installation and styling. Previously, Bailey served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Beckmann House, and held leadership positions such as Director of Events at Bloguettes and Senior Project & Account Manager at NUVO. Earlier experience includes roles in wedding planning and fine jewelry design as the Owner and Lead Designer at Bailey Beads. Bailey's educational background includes attendance at Chaparral High School and the University of Arizona.
