John P. Wiltshire is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development, human resources, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as VP of Talent Development at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since January 2016, John is responsible for shaping talent development tools and processes to enhance organizational culture. Previous roles include HR/Learning Consultant at The Learning Partners NYC, SVP Manager of Compliance Professional Development at HSBC, and Vice President of Global Talent & Development at MetLife. John also held significant positions at Ingersoll Rand, Independent Consulting, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Ernst & Young, and Citi, where expertise in HR Information Systems and process improvement was showcased. John holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology from Long Island University, along with additional education from New York University.
