Heather Saranne is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as the Programmes Officer and Technical Lead for Gender and Inclusion at The Leprosy Mission Great Britain since June 2019. Heather has a strong background in operational management, having coordinated various programs aimed at improving community services and support for disadvantaged groups across multiple organizations, including Groundwork and Talent Match Staffordshire. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Development Management from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Global Development with Sociology from the University of Derby. Additional training includes multiple NVQs in Management and Advice and Guidance. Heather has a comprehensive history in managing outreach programs, capacity building, and delivering training in diverse settings, particularly focused on gender and inclusion initiatives.
