Michele Zanata has been a Senior Manager in Community Management at the LEGO Group since August 2014, where responsibilities have included launching an online platform for adult LEGO fans and improving community engagement across various digital channels. With a progressive career at LEGO, Michele has led teams of engagement analysts, managed extensive operations during peak seasons, and supervised innovation initiatives. Prior to LEGO, Michele served as a choreographer and hip-hop instructor at Game Open Fit & Dance from 2009 to 2014. Michele holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, with additional studies at the University of Hull as part of the Erasmus Programme.
