Henrik Harder is a Senior Director and Head of Product at the LEGO Group since May 2022, overseeing the delivery of over 20 digital products and managing an annual investment exceeding 150 million DKK to support LEGO's commercial organization and B2B partnerships. Previously, Henrik served as Vice President and CEO of YouTv from January 2020 to May 2022, leading product development and go-to-market strategies within an agile framework while managing a cross-disciplinary team of over 40 professionals. Prior roles include Senior Director at YouSee, Head of Partners and Large Customers at TwentyThreeâ„¢, and Digital Business Developer at Coop i Danmark. Henrik holds an Executive Leadership Program degree from IMD and has MA and Bachelor degrees from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, along with a Bachelor degree from North Dakota State University.
