Dr. Aimee Callahan is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in higher education management and curriculum development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at The Learning Source, Dr. Callahan oversees programs providing free adult basic education and ESL across Colorado. As Principal Chief Executive & Academic Officer at Visionary Consulting, Dr. Callahan specializes in enhancing student retention through strategic innovation and curriculum revamping. Previous roles include Vice President of Instruction at Odessa College, Instructional Dean at Emily Griffith Technical College, and various academic leadership positions across multiple institutions, focusing on quality instruction, faculty development, and data-driven decision-making. Dr. Callahan holds a Doctor of Education degree in Adult Learning and Postsecondary Education, alongside multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Theatre.
