Melissa Chambers, M.S.Ed., is an experienced Online Strategist and Instructional Designer with a focus on virtual event production and instructional development. Since August 2011, Melissa has adapted traditional classroom training for online platforms, served as a Virtual Coach, and facilitated numerous online programs in areas such as Human Resource Management and soft skills. Concurrently, Melissa holds the position of Global Product Developer at Lee Hecht Harrison, where innovative career transition solutions are created. Additional contributions include hosting weekly online events for eLearningIndustry, coaching presenters for The Learning Guild, and teaching yoga at Satya Yoga Colorado Springs. Melissa possesses a Master’s degree in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
