Jonelle Richman has extensive work experience in marketing and leadership roles within the hospitality and e-commerce industries. Jonelle is currently the Global Director of Regional Marketing for The Leading Hotels of the World, where they are responsible for developing annual strategies and roadmaps for regional marketing, leading a team of 10 across multiple regions. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Loyalty & Content Marketing at The HEINEKEN Company, overseeing marketing campaigns across 10 European markets and developing brand communications strategies. Jonelle has also held various marketing positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., including Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Additionally, Jonelle has experience in marketing and business development at The Advisory Board Company, where they created and executed campaigns to market financial business intelligence tools. Jonelle is recognized for consistently exceeding goals and delivering exceptional client service.
Jonelle Richman attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication.
